Former crimes commission boss Abdulrasheed Bawa regains freedom from security service detention

The embattled former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Abdulrasheed Bawa has regained from the State Security Service (SSS) on Wednesday night having spent months in detention

Penpushing reports that the Director Public Relations and Strategic Communications Peter Afunanya  of the State Security Service(SSS), confirmed the release of  Bawa in a statement on Thursday night but did not give details of the deal.
