Similarly, count two reads, that the accused with intent to commit felony entered into Ile Ogboni Ilugun Abeokuta against the proscription of the house by His Royal Highness, Oba Adedapo Tejuoso, Osile Oke-Ona Egba being used for nefarious activities and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under section 414 of the criminal code vol 1 laws of Ogun State 2006
Count three said, the accused did conducted themselves in a manner likely to course a breach of the peace by flouting the order of His Royal Highness, Oba Adedapo Tejuoso,Osile Oke-Ona Egba by bringing three uniformed military personnel attached to operation Mesa to intimidate the people of Ilugun and forcefully breaking and entering Ile Ogboni Ilugun and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under section 249(d) of the criminal code vol 1 laws of Ogun State.
The fourth count reads that, the accused did installed Rafiu Sanni Bankole as a recognized Chief with the title ‘Oluwo Ilugun’, without prior approval by Oba Adedapo Tejuoso,the Osile Oke-Ona Egba,the paramount ruler recognized by the Ogun State Executive and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under section 24(2)(a) of Ogun State Laws including Ogun State Council of Obas Laws, 2006.
In the same vein, count five reads that, Rafiu Sanni Bankole on September 24,2005 at Ilugun Oke=Ona area of Abeokuta, not being a person approved by the State Executive Council in accordance with the existing laws, permit himself to be installed as a Chief called ‘Oluwo Ilugun’ and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under section 24(b) of Ogun State Chiefs Law,2006
In count six, it reads that the accused impugns the validity of the appointment of Oba Adedapo Tejuoso, Osile Oke-Ona Egba in a manner likely to promote feelings of hostility or enmity between the different classes or sections of the public or in a manner likely to cause fear and alaram to the public and thereby committed an offence punishable under section 24(3)(b) of the Ogun State Chief Law, 2006.
Also count seven reads that the accused did take possession of Ile Ogboni Ilugun, a property held in trust by the Oba on behalf of his subjects and also prevented or obstructed the Oba/or his authorized agents from taking possession of the same property and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under section 24(4)(a0(b) of the Ogun State Chiefs law,2006
In count eight, Chief Rafiu Sanni Bankole was accused to have did sworn on oath to two conflicting affidavits wherein he made fictions and damaging averments against the person of Oba Adedapo Tejuoso, the Osile of Oke-Ona Egba, which he knew to be false and thereby committed an offence contrary to section 117 and punishable under section 118 of the criminal code vol 1 laws of Ogun State 2006
