Father of National Record Online Newspaper Publisher, dies at 83
The Publisher of National Record and member of the Guild of Corporate Online Publishers (GOCOP), Comrade Iduh Onah, has lost his father, Elder Abah Lazarus Onah at age 83
Penpushing reports that this was contained in a statement the family, signed by Barrister Theresa Onyikwu Abah, the deceased’s granddaughter, and explained that he died in the early hours of Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
The statement stated that the octogenarian hails from Ogene in Amejo Ward, Edumoga District of Okpokwu local government area of Benue State, North Central Nigeria, adding that he passed on from diabetes-related illness died
Penpushing further reports that the granddaughter, said the deceased was a devout Catholic and member of the Catholic Men Organisation (CMO) as well as the Holy Family, adding that he became widower in 2012 when he lost his lifelong partner, Mrs Onyikwu Theresa Onah, vowing not to remarry as he was never going to get used to another woman.
