CELEBRATE MY CORPSE AFTER MY DEATH, AMOSUN TELLS OGUN INDIGENES

‘By the time I die, which is going to be when I attain the age of 90 and above, I want you to  celebrate me and carry my corpse round the state, which should also include projects sites initiated by our administration

He added further that he would love to be remember after leaving office as a Governor who transform Ogun State, stressing that part of ways he would be remember was number of bridges and flyovers his administration constructed among others

Penpushing further reports that, the Governor who has about six months to complete his two term, said he would also build a city gate, to be located in Siun an axis of Abeokuta-Owode-Sagamu Highway,which will remain a reference point among his administration projects.

Speaking on the controversial Governorship primary of the party, the Governor again declared that, his choice Candidate, Adekunle Akinlade would contest under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC),despite the announcement of Dapo Abiodun by the National Working Committee(NWC)  as the party flagbearer ahead of 2019 election.

He emphasized that, the announcement of  Dapo Abiodun by the party leadership was a stolen mandate that, could not be use by Abiodun, adding that Akinlade is the God chosen Candidate of the party, who has been anointed as the next Governor for the State.

The Governor called on party members not to entertain any fear over the development, but said they should be armed with their Permanent Voters Card(PVC), ahead of the poll. He said, Akinlade will preside over the next year state budget.

‘For this coming election, God has anointed and approved the choice of Akinlade, and that has come to stay. Akinlade and his running mate who are sitting with us, here in the hall, by next year would be at the helm of affairs of the State and continue where I stopped’,  Amosun boasted
