59 Nigerians on foreign postings sit for promotional examination in Cairo

Fifty-Nine Nigerian civil servants from various carder of service who are on foreign postings in Europe, America and Asia on Saturday  sat for promotional examinations at the Nigerian Embassy in Cairo.

Penpushing reports that, the staff converged in Cairo to write the 2020 promotion examinations which was earlier delayed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown which cut across the globe.

The examination was supervised by Senator Ibrahim Shekarau led committee of Establishment and Public in the Senate, assisted by  the Head of Service of the Federation Dr. Folashade Yemi Esan, chairman Federal Civil Service Commission Dr Tukur Bello Ingawa, FCSC Commissioners and officials from the office of the Head of Service of the Federation.

Penpushing further reports that, the breakdown of the  participants showed  that three staff were on Directorate carder, 15 foreign affairs officers on grade level 10-13, 21, Accountants, 11 Executive Officers Foreign Affairs, 8 confidential secretaries and one Bilingual secretary.
