2023 Hajj: Governor Abiodun congratulates Ogun state pilgrims on Arafat
The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has congratulated the State Pilgrims who are in Arafat, as part of the Hajj rites, marking the climax of the Hajj Pilgrimage in Mecca, praying that all that they have supplicated from Allah be granted.
Penpushing reports that Abiodun delivered the goodwill message through a telephone call to pilgrims in Saudi, expressing his gratitude to Allah for the success of pilgrims at Arafat, noting that it was a great achievement.
The Amir-ul-hajj, Prof. Kamaldeen Balogun in his remarks urged the Pilgrims to repent and turn back to Almighty Allah, so that all their good deeds and action would be acceptable, adding that the Governor rejoiced with them for the success of the 2023 Hajj exercise.
Penpushing further reports that in similar vein, Alhaji AbdulAzeez Babatunde and Alhaja Idayat Egbebi speaking on behalf of other Pilgrims thanked Almighty Allah for the exercise, commending the Officials of the Board for a job well done.
