The Group explained that, the endorsement was in reference to the earlier communiqué issued in conjuction with the leaders and elders from the Ogun West Senatorial District, with a pledge that, they would go all out to mobilize votes for Isiaka, across the zone and beyond.
Penpushing further reports that, Salako who spoke on behalf of the body, recalled that the candidature of Isiaka had been signed and sealed by all stakeholders from the zone, adding that, having considered his competence, it was resolved that, he is the only candidate from the zone found fit to be the next Governor of the State.
‘Our visit is not only to felicitate with you on your 57th birthday, but to further reaffirm our commitment in conjuction with our leaders, elders and all stakeholders in the zone, that we are solidly behind you, and we are optimistic of your victory at poll’,Salako emphasized.
The forum said all machinery are in place for the project, stating that, no doubt, the zone will produce the next Ogun State Governor, after over forty years of its creation, and also called all other zones, to support the course.
Penpushing also reports that, the group expressed joy and satisfaction that, from the opinion poll conducted across the State, the Governorship Candidate of the African Democratic Congress(APC) is the leading candidate among others
‘From all indications and opinion poll being conducted, we are happy to say and affirm that, Gboyega Isiaka is the leading candidate, and with God on our side, he is going to successfully win the election. This is God’s doing, and we are very much optimistic’.
The forum called on Isiaka to be God fearing when he takes over the leadership mantle of the State, in a couple of months, adding that, further poll conducted across the State also showed that many are decamping from other parties to join forces with the candidate
