Presidency official murdered in Abuja
The Assistant Director of Administration in the State House, Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory(FCT), Laetitia Dagan has been murdered in her house on Monday night, by suspected assailants in Abuja,
Penpushing reports that, the 47 year old Senior official from Plateau State, worked in her office on Monday till 8 p.m, before the sad incident, which occurred at about 11.00pm on her apartment by yet to ne known killers
The Deputy Director Information in the State House, Attah Esa confirmed the sad news, while also in his reaction, the Permanent Secretary, State House, Jalal Arabi, described the killing of Dagan as “a painful loss, not only to her immediate family, but also the entire State House.”
Penpushing further reports that, the Permanent Secretary at the deceased family home said, “she was a dedicated, hard-working officer, and we all feel pained by her dastardly and untimely death, We all share in your grief and pains, but be consoled by the fact that she lived a good life and contributed her best to the services of her nation,” .
The Permanent Secretary expressed confidence that “the police will fish out the killers of Laetitia and the law will take its course”, and prayed that God should comfort the deceased family, the entire staff of State House, and grant the soul of the departed officer eternal rest.
