
Penpushing prominent member, Segun Osoba appointed vice patron Abeokuta club
The Abeokuta Club, the foremost socio-cultural organisation of Egbaland, has honoured Chief Olusegun Osoba, a prominent member of Penpushing platform and former Governor of Ogun State
Penpushing reports that a statement by the Chairman, Publicity Committee of the club Tunde Oluwasola said Osoba the Akinrogun of Egbaland was appointed alongside Olusegun Osunkeye, CON, the Baba Laje of Egbaland as Vice Patrons of the Club.

The Life President of the club Prof. Afolabi Soyode in his remarks stated that the appointments of the two eminent sons of Abeokuta was commendable, noting their long-standing commitment to the ideals of the Club which includes unity, friendship, service d the advancement of Egbaland
Penpushing further reports that Soyode, who is the Life President and Chairman Board of Trustees and Elders of Abeokuta Club described Osoba with legacy of truth and leadership which continues to inspire generations of Egbas

The Club Life President added that on the part of Osunkeye, he is a man of integrity, generosity a, pointing out that his steadfast support for every noble cause in Abeokuta remains relevant
Penpushing also reports that Soyode added that with their appointments, the duo joins a distinguished line of Vice Patrons of the Club that include Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, and Brigadier Oluwole Rotimi, who are both renowned for their devotion to the progress and dignity of Egbaland.
The President of the club Dr. Adewale Adeola commenting on the new appointments expressed confidence that the inclusion of Osoba and Osunkeye will further strengthen the club’s moral foundation and extend its influence as a pillar of unity, culture and development in Egbaland.
