NON GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATIONS WARN PARENTS AGAINST CHILD ABUSE

On his own Mr Temitayo Adigun talks about the right of the children, stressing that one of the rights of children is to get a good and quality education from the parent, and therefore urged parents to ensure that their children goes to school in order to have a brighter future.

He spoke about the behavior of children, and encouraged on the importance of giving respect to the elders wherever they find themselves, just as he advised parents to always appreciate and encourage their wards when they do good

The event also recorded a dancing competition among the children with, Onifade Rokeebat, Ojeyemi Afeez and Elegbede Habeeb turned out winners and were presented with various gifts.

Meanwhile, the organization team and volunteers also distributed text books and exercise books for seventy-two pupils resident in the village and environs
