Non Government Organisation rescues school from financial crisis

A Non-Governmental Organisation, Feed Needy World Initiative, has supported about sixty students with cash support and gift items as palliatives, a gesture said to be part of the organization’s efforts to impact positively to the society

Penpushing reports that, the beneficiaries of the gestures were the pupils of Sought After Creative Academy, located in Adigbe area in Obafemi-Owode Local Government area of Ogun State..

The Feed Needy World Initiative led by Director of Events and Operations, Eniola Damiliola Majekodunmi  donated the sum of N250,000 cash and other gift items as palliatives for the school management.

Penpushing further reports that, the Proprietress of the beneficiary school, Mrs Tolupole Anfe-Jacob in her remarks expressed gratitude to Feed Needy World Initiative for deeming it fit to support the school.

The school Proprietress explained that the school – Sought After Creative Academy is a tuition-free school, which has been battling to pay staff salaries and keep up with running the school, pointing out that, “this is the first time an NGO is supporting the children and the school”.

“We are really grateful to the Feed Needy World Initiative for locating the school despite our remote location. I am very encouraged and I pray that God almighty blesses the Chief Executive and Founder of Feed Needy World Initiative, Mr. Eromosele Isaac Oluwafemi as well as other volunteers and people involved in Feed Needy World Initiative”, she said.

Penpushing also reports that  the Director of Events and Operations for Feed Needy World Initiative, while speaking with journalists  said the organisation’s main aim is to help the needy where they needed it most and add value to the lives of vulnerable members of the society.

“Feed Needy World Initiative is here to give cash and gift items to these children today, to support them and encourage them because they are the future of this nation. We believe government alone cannot do everything and it is our role as partners in progress and as NGO to fill some vacuums where government is lagging behind, particularly on education and welfare for the less privileged”, she said.

‘Feed Needy World Initiative also has the goal to be an organization that supports and assists vulnerable and socially disadvantaged children, widows, people living with disabilities, orphans and others who might need help. We also have plans to cover a lot of places where our assistance might be needed, including Ibara Prison in Abeokuta’, Eniola stated.
