Murdered Timothy Adegoke buried in hometown, Eruwa

The 37-year old Master of Bachelor Art (MBA) student of the Obafemi Awolowo University ,(OAU) Ile Ife, Timothy Adegoke who died in a controversial circumstance at Hilton Hotels, Ile-Ife, Osun Stated has been buried.

Penpushing reports that the remains of the accountant were buried beside the house he built for his parents in the New Eruwa part of the town, amidst weeping and wailing especially during the brief service conducted by Reverend Michael Hungbenu, the founder of Celestial Deliverance Church of Christ at Eruwa, the headquarters of the Ibarapa East Local Government Area.

The deceased wife, Mrs Adegoke wept uncontrollably and refused to leave the graveside despite pleas that she should step aside, and was seen and heard kept shouting the name of her husband and reminding  the sweet times they had together.

Penpushing further reports that the young widow hurled curses on the killers of her husband, lamenting that the murderers did not allow her husband to bury his parents, just at a point she became inaudible having screamed for long time.

The service of tribute was held first held at the Eruwa Town Hall, where hundreds of youths, members of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and  students of Obafemi Awolowo University(OAU) among others had gathered.

Penpushing also reports that,  the  brother of the deceased, Gbade and family lawyer, Adekilekun in their remarks  urged those present to support them to ensure that Justice is served in the case which is already in court.
