MAN COMMITS SUICIDE IN ANAMBRA

The corpse as at the time of filing this reports, according to a source from the community has been thrown into the thick forest as the community’s tradition demands.

The source added, “efforts are ongoing to bring in traditionalists who will cut off the orange tree and sanctify the compound as what he did is considered a taboo in our land”, recalling that one of the deceased  uncles also committed suicide  many years ago.

Penpushing further reports that, the Anambra State Police Command Public Relations Officer, Haruna Mohammed, confirmed the incident, adding that the command has commenced investigation into the incident
