Penpushing further reports that, while eulogizing the outgoing police boss, Makama said “Once change remains permanent, another thing is that you don’t change a winning team, everything he has done is in the best interest of the force, of the state and of the country, so we don’t change, we continue where he stopped”
The Commissioner, however, urged the people not to take his shyness for docility, saying that he might be the dangerous one, explaining, “I might be shy but I want to let you know that I might be dangerous, and dangerous in the sense that I might not take a decision to please you, though it might not be intentional,
“I love taking feedbacks, those that I have done that is good, let it go but if what I have done is bad, please call me back, I have made up my mind to serve the people of Ogun state and I know I cannot do it alone, we will do it together”
Penpushing also reports that the outgoing Police Commissioner, Iliyasu, appreciated everyone who has made his stay in the state a successful one, and r enjoined the police officers to cooperate with the new CP, and also maintain peace in the state.
Hear him, “I came in peace and I am leaving in peace behind in Ogun State better than what it was in 2016, so I am leaving you behind in peace and I am praying that it will continue”.
