Buhari to lead Tinubu’s presidential campaign in 10 states

The President Muhammadu Buhari has make up his mind to participate in the ongoing Presidential political rally of the All Progressives Congress (APC), which Bola Tinubu is the party’s flagbeaerer, in at least ten states of the country.

Penpushing reports that the party’s campaign spokesperson, Festus Keyamo in a statement on Friday disclosed that Buhari would be available to wave the broom and mobilise voters for the ruling party in  the ten states.

The statement identifies the states and dates as include: Adamawa on 9 January, Yobe on 10 January, Sokoto on 16 January, Kwara on 17 January, Ogun on 25 January, Cross River on 30 January, Nasarawa on 4 February, Katsina on 6 February and Imo on 14 February.

Penpushing further reports that Keyamo in the statement explained that Buhari will also be in attendance at the grand finale of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign in Lagos on February 18 ahead of the election on 25 February.

The President it is recalled was in attendance of the flagoff, on November 15, 2022, held in Jos, Plateau State capital, and thereafter stayed away from campaign activities, a development that triggered speculations that he had little or no commitment to the Presidential ticket of Tinubu and his runningmate Shettima.
