Buhari signs N983 billion supplementary budget for 2021

The Nigerian President Muhammed Buhari on Monday signed the 2021 Supplementary Appropriation Bill of N983 billion (N982, 729,695,343) earlier been passed by the National Assembly into law.

Penpushing reports that, Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly (House of Representatives), Hon Umar Elyakub, made this known to journalists at the State House in Abuja.

The Senior Special Assistant on National Assembly(House of Representatives) further disclosed that the President  had assented to the budget, adding that it  will be largely focused on funding security and health concerns.
