Asani Aduke foundation provides free medical services for participants at 3rd annual International adire cultural festival

The Asani and Aduke Foundation on Tuesday provided free medical services to participants at its 3rd Annual International Adire Cultural Festival, held at the Alake Hall of Abeokuta Club, Abeokuta.

Penpushing reports that the free medical services was part of activities for the festival, which was earlier declared open on Monday, with a book launch authored by owner of the foundation aimed for academics of students in primary and secondary schools

The exercise was carried out by nurses and other medical officials of the Ogun State Hospital Management Board, while the services include tests on sugar level, blood pressure and eye, as well as provision of first aid drugs.

Penpushing further reports that some patients were also given a referral letter to hospitals for continuity on their health status, and drugs not available were prescribed for others to buy from reputable pharmacy.
