30 vehicles razed in tanker accident on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway

A multiple accident occurred on midnight of Saturday at the popular long bridge along Lagos-Ibadan expressway with at least 30 vehicles burnt beyond recognition, when the driver of a tanker lost control and fell, which resulted in explosion.

Penpushing reports that, the fire outbreak in the middle of the road, consumed number of vehicles, as well touching a car park and car sales stand, while motorists are locked in a gridlock following the tanker accident.

The incident forced many motorists to take to their heels, and as at the time of filing this report, no death has been recorded, but people were seeing lamenting over the sad incident and loss

Penpushing further reports that, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) officials as at the time of this  report are on the ground trying to evacuate the totally burnt tanker blocking the road.
