One of such programmes is Decision 2019’.

‘Decision 2019 is being managed by an independent committee known as Impact Political Debate Organising Committee (IPDOC). The IPDOC’s primary mission is to ensure, for the benefit of the Nigerian electorate, that general campaign discussions and election debates are held between and among the leading candidates for the political offices.

‘We do not endorse, support, or oppose political parties’ candidates but will always seek to bring forward high quality, educational discussions and debates involving the participants/candidates for the benefit of informed decision by the electorate’.

‘The discussions and debates, which will be aired by our radio and television stations as well as partnering media organisations will be professionally handle by renowned journalists. Other benefits of participating include airing jingles of candidates during the programme and giving prominence to extracts of the programme in major news bulletins’.
